It's my comfort subject to draw and I'm currently having an easy time with em!

Sketches to Fully Rendered
Ranges from 42 - 127 USD

(Tho, I tend to draw them naked for these so rare occurrence)These can range from single sketches to coloured ones to sketch pages to fully rendered pieces with a bg! Really just depends on how much you want and are willing to pay LOLDefault amount of characters you can have is up to two,
more characters than that will be per whatever base price I settle on halved!
(ie. Threesome NSFW sketch for 47 USD would be +24 USD)

Reference Sheets

Doing Ref Sheet coms! This includes refs for already existing OCs and new ones!!
Can draw any body type or gender!Ref Base includes a full-body, simple bg, (optional) palette,

Extra outfits (can be drawn as the clothes or on a chib): +22 USD for just the clothes (max 2), +17 USD for a chib with the new outfit on

Outfit Commissions
Base price for one outfit is 47 USD! Your OC will be drawn in a pose with an outfit you provide to me, whether it's their default outfit or one you've picked visual references for.
There will be a complexity fee depending on how the outfit looks.There can also be different hairstyles as well, free as long as they’re not complex!If you're wanting more than one outfit, it will be the base price times how many outfits you're wanting. The max is 3 but if you're wanting more than that we can negotiate. The pose will be the same for each outfit, if you'd like different poses for each, it'll be a single charge of 37 USD.*Example shows how the formatting will look but the bg will be different and the text will be typed!Please DM me via Discord or Twitter to commission me!!
TERMS OF SERVICES

PAYMENT
• I only accept payment through Paypal! (Unless I state otherwise)• I only take payment upfront! (Unless agreed otherwise)• Designs and slots can be held for only 24 hours. (Lenient in certain cases!)• All commissions will be handled via Invoice.• Please be honest if you share an account with another person (ie. a family member)
or are too young to legally have a paypal, as I deserve to know if I should prepare for an unfair reversal of a sale due to breach of paypal's TOS.• Should a chargeback be filed without previous discussion or my consent,
I will fight the charge and take back the design. If it's a commission, it will be taken back and redone to be sold off as a ych. You will also be blacklisted. (Last resort.)• With that being said, if you are experiencing financial trouble and require your money back please discuss it with me. I can try and organize a refund as best I can!!• Once I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on individual details.• Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.
CHARGEBACKS
If for some reason your PayPal account is not working, or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, please contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you, your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account, including side accounts. Absolutely do not ever issue a chargeback. Doing so can compromise all of my finances, my paypal, my bank account, the failure of automatic bill payments, etc.If you absolutely need to cancel a project, please contact me for a refund!!PAYPAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Please note that all of my sales tend to be "Digital Artwork" who's "Intellectual Property" is purchased by the client, and in most cases, nothing is ever intended by either me or client, to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the pay method provided by the client will mark a transaction as 'Not Shipped', however, I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the Client and I.

ARTIST
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your project publicly.
Discuss with me prior to starting!!I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for reasons I may or may not disclose. This would usually be because I’m not taking any at that time— but in the case that it’s because of PSAs, DNIs of mutuals, etc. I am not obligated to say why.
This includes clients who have not read these terms.I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for any future project, be it personal or otherwise.
COMMISSIONER
The commissioner may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me. You may not however, upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended for your own work only (i.e. deviantart, weasyl, furaffinity, ect.) Once a piece has been commissioned, You may use it for personal uses, including but not limited to signatures, icons, avatars, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal page/site displays.You retain rights to the Intellectual Property
You may not claim the work to be their own or anyone elses but mine.
You may not edit it without permission (Usually very chill about this when made aware!)
You may not set it up for redistribution, external projects, or commercially.
(ie. t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc.)
Non-commercial/personal physical items can be done as long as I’m made aware of it!In terms of Commissions, you may...• Ask to see a sketch of your commission before I refine and colour it!• Ask for me to make small edits before the commission is finished. The first edit is free, any further edits will be subject to additional fees.• Small edits after the commission is finished may be done but things that require me to redo aspects like linework, colours, etc. may be rejected or be charged as additional fees.• I maintain the right not to make edits after commission completion if the edits needed are unreasonable out of my hands.In terms of Adopts/Custom Designs, you...• Become the owner of the design/adopt! (I retain the IP but buying the IP can be discussed!!)• May change certain things like colour, gender, hack a limb, etc. All I ask that that you:1) Don’t edit the original design/image itself without permission.2) Please do not stray too far from it's original look.• May not upload the design to a gallery intended for your own work only.
(i.e. deviantart/weasyl/furaffinity/ect)• May add the character/design/art to a site intended for character sharing,
provided it is all properly credited back to me with a working link.
(i.e. Toyhou.se/Charahub/Character Weebly/Wix)• May transfer ownership of a design to another person if you inform me.• May resell a design for the price you purchased it for or lower.• May add additional cost to design to recoup revenue spent on
additional art if you show me proof.• May trade or gift a design with the understanding that all monetary value for that design is now lost. (You may not resell a design you received in a trade/gift)• May not ever harass others over a design, or start a dispute with me or others about a design or payment issues. If you have a question or concern,
please contact me as soon as possible in private to avoid unneeded drama.
• Cannot trade/gift designs to people who are on blacklists/have payment issues/use a shared paypal account.If you are a frequent customer, you can...•Have holds on adopts, slots, etc. for longer than 24 hours,
ASSUMING that the time passed is reasonable.
• Earn a 5% discount on purchases higher than 100 USD!
• Request for any extra doodles for designs/art commission higher than 100 USD!You only qualify if you...• Have purchased more than five(5) pieces from me.
• Continue to be easy and comfortable to work with!!

Any longer than that is usually because of things in life that I need my attention on
(full-time job, family and loved ones, etc.)If I find that it may take a bit longer to finish your commission/custom design,

of your commission or custom design as often as I can!However, if you have a deadline/time constraints, you must tell me before paying!

PROCEDURE
I usually have my coms open whenever unless
I let you know otherwise but here is how it’d usually go!•Whether I make an opening or you DM me asking if I’m open, I’ll tell you yes and proceed to ask you what you’d like! It’s your responsibility to seek out my TOS to read over.
You can ask for the link as well!• It helps me a lot if you’re detailed in your commission request as best as you can. Any sort of information is valued, as well as anything I need to keep in mind.• I only accept character descriptions when I'm designing you (the commissioner)
a custom design. Never for normal art commissions.• Once all details are sorted and I give you a quote, you’re free to send me your PayPal for invoicing at your convenience. I will not start until I get the payment, unless stated otherwise!!• After payment is received, I will draw your art commission or custom design depending on the type of commission.• Sometimes I may require some feedback on certain parts of your commission/custom— you are allowed to take as long as you need to to get back to me, but do understand that—1) while I wait for your feedback, I will move on to other owed art until you respond to me so I do not waste time waiting around.
2) And as I wait, you are prolonging the completion of your commission! I will not be blamed for your commission not being finished on the day you may need it.• Once the commission/design is complete, you will get the files via sta.sh or discord.
TOS RULE BREAKS
I've never really had any problems with anyone of my customers in the past as far as I know,
so I don't think I'll ever implement this— but just in case:You will be subjected to blacklisting if...• You fail to follow my TOS after being warned once.• You chargeback without coming to me privately to settle things out.• You give me a difficult time while I work on your commission.
This means harassing me at any time when I'm trying to get it done
or genuinely giving me a hard time.• You argue with me if I have declined your commission request.
I have the right to decline a commission request.• You take private matters publically when you're in the wrong. If I am in the wrong, please talk to me first to see if we can come to an agreement before resorting to making something public. Cuz 9 times outta 10, it’s usually a misunderstanding aAA
